Define the specification
Confirm model names, quantities, selected finishes, included accessories and any approved custom details. Retain the final specification alongside your quotation.
Discuss inspection requirements
Ask what pre-shipment photographs, checks or inspection arrangements are available for your order. Agree any third-party inspection requirements before production is confirmed.
Review packaging and access
Request packed dimensions and weights when available. Tell the team about stairs, loading access, doorway restrictions and unloading requirements at the destination.
Separate production and transit
Confirm production lead time separately from estimated transit time. Specify the delivery point and clarify customs, duties, unloading and assembly responsibilities in the quotation.
